4. Can I request a sample before a bulk order?

5. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 500-1,000 units per model. We are open to discussing lower quantities for long-term strategic partnership opportunities.

6. How long does production take?

Sample production takes 7-15 days. Mass production typically requires 30-45 days after sample approval and deposit received.

7. Can I customize the logo, packaging, and colors?

Absolutely. We offer full customization for logos (silk-screen, laser), Pantone colors, and custom retail boxes or accessories.

8. What file formats do you need for custom designs?

We prefer vector files in AI, EPS, or PDF. High-resolution PNG or PSD files (300 dpi+) are also acceptable.

9. What certifications do your products have?

Our headphones comply with CE, FCC, RoHS, and REACH. We can also adapt compliance for specific markets like UKCA or PSE upon request.

10. How do you ensure product quality?

We maintain strict QC through raw material inspection, IPQC, 100% functional testing, and final random inspection (AQL Level II). Third-party inspections are welcome.

11. What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight for large orders, and PayPal or Western Union for sample orders.

12. How are goods shipped?

We offer Express (3-7 days), Air Freight (7-12 days), and Sea Freight (20-40 days) to match your urgency and budget.
